Pets are welcome at Broadstone North ATX!
No breed or pet weight restrictions. No pet interview required.
Pet-related fees:
-Pet Screening: $25
-Pet Fee: $400 due at move-in (per pet, up to 2 pets)
-Pet Rent: $25/month (per pet, up to 2 pets)
